Item Two -- Design Note-Taking Activity on Web Design
This activity will illustrate one way that forms can be used as an instructional tool. You will have text areas in this web page in which you can record your notes on web design.  When you submit the form, your notes will be sent to your e-mail address. Any replies issued from your notes e-mail message will be sent directly to your workshop facilitator, David Warlick.
